What is Device Protection, or Factory Reset Protection (FRP)?
Android™ devices provide built-in security features you can use to protect your device and information, including screen locks and data encryption. Data protection, or Factory Reset Protection (FRP), is a security feature on Android devices with Lollipop 5.1 and higher.
FRP is automatically activated when you set up a Google™ Account on your device. Once FRP is activated, it prevents use of a device after a factory data reset, until you log in using a Google username and password previously set up on the device.

Download and install USB drivers on your PC
Download and install ADB Driver
Download the ADB tool
Download Odin
Download AD enables files From below:

After the above material in the download, we further load ADB enabled file via Odin.
Please enter your phone in download mode
Connect your phone to pc.
Open and run Odin
In the “AP” section, load dile “AdbEnable _… tar”.
Then click the Start button.
Run command to delete FRP.
Open ADB Tool, (hold shift and right click and then will appear context menu.
Find and select Open command Window here.
Connect the phone to pc via USB cable.
Then type the command below:
adb device
Once connected, then click on the following command
adb shell content insert --uri content://settings/secure --bind name:s:user_setup_complete --bind values:s:1
adb shell am start -n com.google.android.gsf.login/
adb shell am start -n com.google.android.gsf.login.Login.LoginActivity
